These kids are so loveable! By the time we got to their mini-session the sun was getting high and it was getting HOT. We tried to find some shade and back lighting to keep the squinting down to a bare minimum but it was tough. These guys did so well despite our hurdles! Such faces!
Oh, my. Sometimes things don’t go exactly according to plan. Just look at the eldest who has had enough! I have to say that this is one of my favorite images from the day because it is so true to the moment! You can’t help but laugh when you look at this! I am not sure I was able to get too many “keepers” for this family in our mini-session, but to me this one is the star!
This sister and brother were so kind to each other….it was such a treat for me! I loved their faces…..how could you not?

I have photographed these 3 before and am so happy to do it again! They are a few years older now and I love seeing how they have changed. They were so easy to photograph and I would love to spend more time with them!
I did another portrait party recently at the Eastern Yacht Club and it was a beautiful morning! I think I am the luckiest photographer because every family I photograph just happens to be beautiful both inside and out. I am going to try not to include images on the blog that may be used as Christmas cards so I don’t ruin the surprise in December! These 2 little ones were so funny….the little girl Emily was so loving and the little boy Alden would not let go of the stuffed snake he got at the zoo the day before. We just worked that snake into our pictures! Things may have been different if it were a live one!
